Patronas Home Repair offers the community of Anchorage the finest home repair and maintenance for homeowners and property managers.
By providing only handyman services, Patronas Home Repair will always attempt to repair the problem first; replacement is only an option if the item cannot be repaired. Repairing items is far less expensive for the customer.
Hourly Rate
Labor prices are $75/hour during normal business hours (M-F 9am- 5pm) and $90/hour for evenings and weekends plus the costs of materials and supplies.
We offer a one-year guarantee for all of our work; if something goes wrong, we will make it right.
